  • Robust padded lens bag
  • With practical loop for external attachment to backpack or belt
  • Available in different sizes

The lens capsule is a durable, padded lens pouch, but with added protection in the form of molded EVA lids at both ends where the lens is most fragile. You can put your lens down with confidence. The secure loop on the back of the lens capsule attaches to virtually any hip belt or MOLLE compatible system, as well as the sides of many Tenba pouches. The lid opens with a sturdy YKK zipper, and the inner mesh pocket holds the included Tenba microfiber lens cleaning cloth.

Lenses are the key to a good picture, yet they are usually the most fragile piece of gear in your camera kit. To give lenses extra protection inside or outside a camera bag, Tenba has developed the Lens Capsule: a robust, padded lens case with extra protection at both ends where the lens is most fragile. Lens Capsules come in a variety of sizes to fit everything from small prime lenses to a 200-400mm zoom. As an example, you can get a case for your 24-70mm 2.8 with the lens hood reversed or a case for your 24-70mm 2.8 with the lens hood extended. The same bag for a 24-70mm 2.8 with extended lens hood also fits a 70-200mm 2.8 with reversed lens hood. So you can see how versatile these capsules are.
